dirty floor broken tv
the location was pretty good, it was close to everything i needed.
the room they give to me was not clean. i found hair on the floor when i checked in. the tv didn't worked either, and nobody came to fix it after i reported the problem.

The location provided easy access to key attractions. My room included Molton Brown toiletries. I appreciated the efficient and attentive service from the staff. I also found the daily housekeeping to be thorough and consistent .
I noticed some street noise at night despite being on a higher floor.

location was good, but issues overall
rude staff false advertising
the room service was advertised as available 24 hours. this turned out to be false. staff were quite rude when i asked about it and hung up the phone on me. it was disappointing the hotel did not honor what was advertised.

early check-in central location sound insulation
The receptionist nikita helped me check in early. That was really helpful after my long flight. the hotel is close to shopping and dining areas, including oxford street and bond street tube station. the room had excellent sound insulation. I did not hear any street noise even with large windows.
The bathroom shower drain worked slowly. It caused slight water accumulation.

clean room superb linens
the room was very clean and had a decent size. superb linens and bath towels were also available.
the attitude of some of the male breakfast restaurant staff was not pleasant.
